Change and Refund Policy

Refund of Membership Subscription

The request for membership cancellation request should be sent to membership@hkife.org.hk. The management committee of the HKIFE will confirm and record the membership cancellation during the earliest committee meeting. All unused subscription will be refunded to the individual member.

 

Refund of Examination Fee

The request for cancellation of examination(s) should be sent to examination@hkife.org.hk.

The refund of examination fee will be

Before 15 days of the examination, all paid examination fee will be refunded to the applicant.

On or after 15 days before the first examination date, 50% of the paid examination fee will be refunded to the applicant.

On or after 5 days before the first examination date, no refund of examination fee will be given to the applicant.

Cancellation of Examination Fee

If the examination is cancelled for any reason, all paid examination fee will be refunded to the applicant.

Change of Examination

All change of examination(s) should be sent to examination@hkife.org.hk, no fee will be charged.

No change of examination will be accepted after 15 days before the examination date.
